How does the configurator work?
With the Lucivo configurator, you can customize the shape, material, and color of your lamp or vase.
Every adjustment is displayed in real-time – so you see your design before it's manufactured.

Can I change my design after ordering?
Since your product is custom-made immediately after your order, subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible.
Please check your configuration carefully before ordering.

How are the products manufactured?
All Lucivo products are 3D printed in Germany using high-quality, recyclable materials.
Each piece is then inspected, post-processed, and carefully packaged.

What materials do you use?
We use sustainable plant-based plastics (e.g., PLA), complemented by high-quality components such as metal or concrete – depending on the design.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on materials and order volume.
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free.
Deliveries to Austria, Switzerland, and other EU countries cost an additional €5.99.

Can I return my product?
Pre-configured products can be returned within 14 days.
Individually configured products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are custom-made for you.

What do I do if I receive a damaged delivery?
Please contact kontakt@lucivo.de within 7 days with photos and your order number.
We will immediately arrange for a replacement or repair.

How sustainable are your products?
Our production is on-demand – we only produce what is ordered.
This reduces waste and inventory.
All materials are recyclable, and we ship climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen.

Where are Lucivo products manufactured?
All designs are developed, manufactured, and packaged in Germany – with short supply chains and a local focus.
