As soon as your product is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.

Delivery time is usually 1–5 business days, depending on material and order volume.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

We offer free shipping within Germany.
For deliveries to Austria, Switzerland, and other EU countries, we charge an additional €5.99.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We exclusively use recyclable, plastic-free packaging that safely protects your product – minimal in design, maximum in protection.

Shipping is handled by DHL GoGreen, climate-neutral and reliable.
Delivery to a packing station is also possible upon request.

Since each product is individually manufactured, delivery times may be slightly longer in exceptional cases.
We will, of course, inform you if your shipment is delayed.
