For all pre-configured products (e.g., selected bestsellers or immediately available models), the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.

You can return these products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reasons.

To do so, please send us a short message to kontakt@lucivo.de.

We will then provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Prerequisites:

• The goods must be unused and undamaged.
  
• Packaging and condition must correspond to the original.
  
• The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
  

After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method originally used.

Products that you have customized using the configurator are manufactured exclusively upon order.

These custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

Therefore, please check your design carefully before purchasing.

Should your product arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

• your order number
  
• a brief description of the defect
  
• and meaningful photos
  

We will examine the case as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution – repair, replacement, or refund.

Minor, material-typical differences or minimal surface variations are part of our artisanal manufacturing process and do not constitute a reason for complaint.
